About

Welcome to Mindful BODY’s. We are a dedicated outpatient clinic conveniently located in North County San Diego, in the peaceful beach town of Oceanside.

We Combine Holistic and Traditional Recovery Treatments. We are staffed by an experienced group of accredited and licensed doctors and recovery specialists who believe in offering patient-centric and customized recovery treatments.

One Size Does Not Fit All

In recovery, we don’t believe that “one size fits all.” We customize a plan of treatment that reflects who you are. We create a person-centered plan that will work with your identity, personality, beliefs, and preferences.

There’s No Place Like Home

That’s the core belief of outpatient treatment. We act as your second home. A safe, comforting place of healing that provides the support, guidance, and wisdom you need to succeed in your life.

It’s a great way to help you turn recovery into everyday living.

We Won’t Give Up On You

We understand that recovery is not linear, it is very bumpy and takes a lot of work and honesty in the process. We will do everything we can to ensure you get to your version of success.

LGBTQ Recovery Friendly

We are dedicated to a safe, healing environment. For everyone. Read about our LGBTQ commitment.

Jacqueline Ortega, BA

Administration Director

Jacqueline Ortega began working in treatment as a graveyard support staff while in college. She quickly moved up and found a passion in the field. She worked as a detox supervisor, operations manager, and eventually as an administration director. She felt a calling to help those struggling with mental health and substance issues. She saw how broken the industry was and wanted to offer a space where not only the client could grow and reach their goals but also a healthy space for staff development. Mindful quickly grew from there.
